365bet月回馈28元  In the summer of 2019, Office of International Students, Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) carefully planned and host the 2019 BIT Summer Program in order to explore new models of international talents training and improve international education level of BIT. Including Intelligent Vehicles and Electric Vehicles Program and Chinese Language Intensive Study Program, the short-term program takes 2 to 8 weeks. Based on Specific Advantages of Disciplines and teaching experiences, the program was designed for international students from top universities and offered a variety of courses and activities with the Chinese culture experiences. BIT students also took active part in the program which became an international communication platform with a good learning atmosphere.

  The BIT Summer Program attracted hundreds of international students of 22 partner schools from the British, German, French, Ireland, the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, the South Korea, Hungary, and Singapore. Through course, lecture, practice, company visit, culture tour, the short-term program focused on BIT’s subject characteristics and professional advantage and enabled international students to appreciate Chinese culture and understand BIT better.

  The technology innovation program was co-organized by Office of International Students and School of Mechanical Engineering, including lecture, practice and company visit. International students could communicate with BIT students and visit companies such as Beijing Benz Automotive Company and Great Wall Motor, experiencing the achievement of Chinese technology and higher education.?

  The BIT Academic Credit Courses Program was co-organized by Office of International Students and Dept. of Undergraduate Academic Affairs and was designed for students from Australian schools, offering courses in international finance and risk management. Students from home and abroad have learned about a variety of education system and knowledge system through lecture, discussion and practice. Students also visited Siemens Company and experienced the assembly and testing.?

  The Chinese Language Intensive Study Program focused on language course and culture tour. Students experienced Chinese Tea Ceremony, Chinese Kung Fu, Chinese calligraphy, and Traditional Chinese Painting, visited the Great Wall, the Summer Palace, the Forbidden City and the World Horticultural Exhibitions.

  BIT has successfully organized the BIT Summer Program these years and made it a short-term program with BIT characteristic. The program has increased BIT’s internationalize level and global presence and attracted international students to apply for further study in BIT. In the future, Office of International Students will promote new plans of BIT short-term programs and build a brand of “Study in BIT” for the education of international students with Chinese feelings, global views, BIT character and the promotion of BIT’s internationalize level.?
